FAPT is a listing portal. Listings are published by the developers and brokerages shown on each page, directly from their FAPT ERP. FAPT is not a party to any sale or lease and does not act as a broker.
Prices
Prices are set by the publisher in their own currency. Converted prices are indicative, based on daily reference rates. Always confirm the price, the payment plan and availability with the developer before you commit.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site at scale, submit false enquiries or misuse contact details shown on listings.
