Getting started with FAPT

Short guides written from the product itself — real steps, with the screen names you will see.

Your first ten minutes

  1. Sign in from “Sign in to FAPT ERP” with your organisation code and email.
  2. Pick the company in the switcher at the top — everything you see follows the selected company.
  3. Switch between English and Arabic from the same bar at any time.
  4. Set up your first project, then invite your team with their roles.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to re-enter my listings on the portal?

No. You publish a unit from FAPT ERP and the portal reads it directly. When you reserve, re-price or sell the unit in the ERP, the listing changes with it.

Which currencies and VAT rates are supported?

Each company has its own currency and precision (e.g. OMR with 3 decimals, AED with 2) and its own VAT rate based on its country. Reports are shown in the company currency; the portal can display prices in the visitor’s currency as an indicative conversion.

Can one group run several companies?

Yes. A tenant can hold several companies (for example an Oman LLC and a Dubai FZE). Users can belong to one or more of them, with different roles in each.

Is the system available in Arabic?

Yes — the whole interface, PDFs and this website are bilingual English/Arabic with right-to-left layout.

How are plan prices charged?

Plans are priced in USD and shown — and charged through Stripe — in your local currency where supported. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price.

Where is my data stored and who can see it?

Every record is scoped to its company; one company can never read another’s data. Motionray support can only view your account through a logged, time-limited support session that your admins are notified about.

Can I export my data?

Every list and report exports to Excel or PDF, subject to the export permission of your role.

What happens to enquiries from fapt.io?

They become leads in the developer’s pipeline with source “FAPT Portal”, including the listing, the unit and the visitor’s message. Sales users are notified.
