Invite your team

Per-company roles with a permission matrix (view, create, edit, delete, approve, export per module and sub-module), approval thresholds, numbering series, document templates and a full audit log of who changed what and when. Two-factor sign-in and session control keep accounts safe.

Steps

  1. Tenant admin → Users → Invite: choose the companies and the role (Sales, Finance, Contracts/Ops, Viewer…).
  2. Adjust the role’s permission matrix if needed.
  3. Set approval thresholds for vouchers and acquisitions.
  4. Turn on two-factor sign-in for admins in Security.
